Weigh-in Wednesday
More to come on daily eats from yesterday but this morning was my first weigh-in.
And I’m down SIX pounds! YAY!
Now, I do know that that is an absurd amount to lose in a week and not normal- I think I went into last week with a lot of water weight from eating like complete crap the long weekend before, as well as having a heavy meal the night before I started.
I’ll take it though! If I can lose 1-1.5 pounds a week from here on out I will be at my goal in about 6 weeks!
I’ve been thinking though…and to even consider wearing a bikini this year I should probably bump the goal to 15-20 pounds…..
