I’m feeling kind of sheepish…. you know that feeling where you know you’ve done something wrong and then you want to make it right, but each day that goes on without making it right makes it harder to make right?
Yeah.
That’s where I am right now over not posting for over 2 weeks now. I could make up a million excuses (my computer faces people now and it’s awkward posting before work, I haven’t lost much weight in the past two weeks, I’ve had some nibbles of carbs, etc etc) but at the end of the day they’re all crap.
Anywho, for all 5? of you that read this I’m sure you’re more than elated that I’m back. Let’s continue
Weigh In Wednesday
You got the spoiler up there— weight loss has slowed, in a bad way. I’m greedy, and I’m not patient, so put that together with a couple of half pound losses and you’ve got a frustrated person.
Today I’m OFFICIALLY down 8.5 pounds! Whoo! That’s something to celebrate! I don’t really see a change in my body but I have gotten a few compliments at work!
Ok, so crappy re-introduction post but I’ve got 2 really great recipes to post tonight and some workouts that I’ve been doing.
